Linton Eugene Weems, Jr. is more than just a musician. He is more than a music director and producer. He is a minister and interpreter of the Kingdom sound through multiple genres.

From an extremely musical family, Linton began playing instruments when he was 8 years of age. It was when he was a teenager the gift of writing and composing was discovered. Through his passion for the art of music he matured into a multidimensional music director with the ability to perform on any platform.

With more than 20 years experience in his career, he has had the honor of opening up for such recording artists as Donnie McClurkin, Hezekiah Walker, Vickie Winans, Mary Mary and a host of others. He has played keyboards for or has shared the stage with James Fortune, Maranda Curtis, Marvin Sapp, Donald Lawrence, Helen Baylor, Kathy Taylor, Alvin Slaughter and many more.

He was the Musical Director for Angela B'Nai Music & Southeast Inspirational Choir's 2025 Healing Conference. He was a producer of the year nominee for The Sound Awards 2025. He is also a musician for the Houston Mass Choir.

Today, Linton is the founder of Weems Music Group. His focus is recording, producing, arranging and writing music that will transcend genres and universal platforms.

Linton is married to Carla Weems and has 2 children. He is passionate about leaving a legacy of positive music that is timeless and illuminates through ministry, gifts and teaching.
